HOW DO I KNOW IF MY RX REFILL HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
CERBO EHR does not send confirmations for form submissions. To view a copy of all form submissions, please check the "LABS AND DOCUMENTS" tab. For prescription refills, you can see when the order was processed, under "MY MEDICATIONS." PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 DAYS FOR THE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OF ALL REFILL REQUESTS.
